Happy2Investt is not a large institution with hundreds of advisors selling the same products. We are a specialist practice — built on a single belief that most financial advice in India is product-first and client-second. We do it the other way round.
Founded by Lakshya Agarwal (QPFP · ET 40 Under 40 — 2025), we've advised 500+ professionals and business owners across India and globally, managing ₹500 Cr+ in assets — without ever prioritising a product over a plan.

Financial Planning Associate
- Build comprehensive financial plans for professional and business owner clients — from discovery to delivery
- Conduct financial health assessments — net worth, cash flow, tax, insurance, investment review
- Sit in on and eventually lead client meetings — build and maintain relationships
- Research and recommend investment and insurance solutions in service of client goals
- Support tax planning strategy — working alongside client CAs and tracking year-round
- Maintain client dashboards and ensure plans are updated at every annual review
- Genuine interest in personal finance — you read about it, you think about it, you care about it
- Strong numeracy and ability to work with financial models, spreadsheets, and projections
- Excellent communication — you can explain complex financial ideas in plain language
- QPFP certification in progress or willingness to pursue it — we'll support this fully
- Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Most importantly: a client-first mindset and the integrity to give honest advice
Fresh graduates with the right mindset are encouraged to apply. Experience matters less than character here.
Client Relationship Manager
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients across the firm's portfolio
- Coordinate with financial planners to ensure timely plan delivery and review cycles
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations with empathy and speed
- Identify referral opportunities and build the firm's reputation through client satisfaction
- 2–5 years experience in client-facing financial services roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to build trust
- Understanding of financial planning products and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi/Bengali
Financial Planning Intern
- Assist in building financial plans under direct supervision of senior planners
- Sit in on client meetings and take structured notes
- Research investment and insurance products as assigned
- Maintain client data and update plan dashboards
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in Commerce, Finance, or Economics
- Genuine curiosity about personal finance and wealth planning
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take feedback seriously

Why I Built This Firm — and Why It Matters Where You Work
I started Happy2Investt because I was tired of watching people get financial advice that was designed around the advisor's commission, not the client's life. It happens everywhere — banks, brokerages, large advisory firms. The incentive structure is broken, and most clients never even know.
The firm I built is a direct response to that problem. We plan first. We are transparent about everything. We never recommend a product we wouldn't recommend to our own family. That sounds obvious — but it is genuinely rare in this industry.
If you join us, you will be held to that standard from Day 1. It's not comfortable sometimes. Clients occasionally want to hear things that aren't true. Products sometimes pay better than the ones we recommend. We don't care. The right advice is the only advice we give.
